I checked the warranty of my SBG8300 and it says it is expired. How can that be when it hasn’t been activated yet? When does the warranty period start?

Every new Arris modem will be having 2yrs of warranty time and that starts from the date of purchase. so you can calculate accordingly if that needs to be updated please do reach out to Arris.com/cunsumersupport
