Cannot access S33 Web Manager

As the post states, I can’t see the modem...maybe because I can’t see it through my router? Am trying to connect via wifi, should I connect hard to the modem itself? I don’t see a cable input to do that.

Issues to login to http://192.168.100.1 after bridge mode is enabled by accident on SBG8330 Router

I have SBG8300  router from my ISP.  I generally login to their router page to enable wi-fi ( normally it is in disabled mode). By mistake I clicked  Bridge mode button though I don’t even know what the bridge mode is.  Now I can’t login to the http://192.168.100.1 at all.   The browser URL shows https://192.168.100.1/wizard_step1.php  and runs for ever.  How will I be able to login to router settings.  I appreciate any help. internet is working normally. But whatsapp message refresh is taking forever saying  “Wiating for this message. This may take  a while Learn More “ .

SB8200 Recurring Crashes

Purchased new SB8200 in February and installed and activated it per Comcast and Arris instructions.  Had new Linksys MR9600 router already installed and operating. Had no trouble for a few weeks and for 3 months now recurring crashes and DOCSIS 3.1 dropped to DOCSIS 3.0.  However, the DOCSIS chipset remains online to Comcast and they show the modem and system still up and operating with no indication or record of outages from their viewpoint.  Had 5 Comcast technician onsite inspections and nobody has the answer.  Currently have a borrowed Comcast Xfinity modem in place and absolutely no outages, slow downs, or connection issues which is at least circumstantial evidence that the Arris SB8200 modem is faulty.  Rebooting resumes internet connection and service but only briefly before another crash.  I do not know whether SB8200 is incorrectly configured but I changed nothing after taking it out of the box and would not know how anyway.  If there is a solution I would be interested in bei

Relocating

I moved from one apartment to another one  At the old place i was using an SBG8300 which was working great.  The new place was set up with Xfinity equipment and I would like to continue using the SBG8300 but have no idea how to switch back to it.  Could someone please tell me how I can do this please? Thank you!!!

Triband Usage with wired backhaul

I know there was discussions at one point to enable the 3rd band for fronthaul usage if there was a wired backhaul being used. Has this been implemented yet or is this feature no longer considered? This would greatly enhance the AX11000 mesh unit

Comcast speed issues t25

I had an older modem tm225r that I replaced with a t25 because of fluctuating speed issues.It could vary from 250 or 300 to under a 100 (wired).Measuring from the Ethernet port on the t26 using a laptop and using Comcast speed site,with the new modem I still get under a 100 even though my service says 500 down.There were issues with cabling and connectors that they just replaced.His handheld meter is saying 600 down,but several different laptops said under 100.Any ideas?

Any known Surfboard hacks/attacks?

Are there any known Arris Surfboard attacks that would allow a Surfboard cable modem to be used as a data relay. The reason I ask is that Xfinity is reporting over double the amount of data that my Eero gateway reports. One month it’s 195% and another month it’s 206% and this month it’s 297%. I can’t think of any source of data that Xfinity would see that wouldn’t also be seen by the Eero gateway.

Good to unplug router/modem when not in use?

I have a Panoramic Wifi Gateway (Model: TG1682G).I’m wondering if it will damage the router if I unplug it regularly, when I go to work during the day and perhaps at night as well, to save electricity.Also, perhaps someone knows whether the process of booting up the router is very energy-intensive---perhaps to the point that it doesn’t make sense to unplug the router to save electricity.Thanks.

Hello Comunity I just recently purchase an SBG10, to replace my old modem and router, the device is now activated with my ISP comcast, I didnt realize till now that i need an LAN jack for my phone services from Xfinity, can i use one of the ports on the back of my arris to connect my phone?
