Intermittent internet connection on S33

Hello! I have an Arris S33 that I unfortunately trying to use with Cox out here in the midwest. Yes, their name is “Cox,” that is not a joke. I have the Gigablast plan, which is a dumb name for a poor product. Roughly 3 to 4 times a day the connection drops. I have swapped cable modems, cables and verified that the network is good. Cox will charge me to come out and inspect, so I want to make sure that I can point to a connection issue on their end. Activate T25 without the label and with Xfinity blocking logon until I provide the MAC number

I recently purchased a used Arris T25, I later learned that there is no label, I know I can get the device information like serial number and Mac number if I can log onto the device, it appears to be connecting fine when I attach it to Xfinity coaxial cable, but Xfinity blocks use of the device until activation which requires Mac number.Is there any other way to get the information on this device?

how many antennas does the G54 have? what MIMO configuration does it offer?

For the price it has to offer 4x4 MIMO but the product page is awful. It doesn't even mention if it supports the 6Ghz frequency. There are Wi-Fi routers that support 2.4 and 5Ghz, and are Wi-Fi 7 so not having exact specifications specified on the product page does not make sense. The product page might as well just say “Here’s a modem. Give me money.” What justifies the price?

SB8200 loses internet every day and gives very slow speeds

Hello all, I bought this modem to replace my ISP’s modem and thought this would be a great upgrade. From the beginning the Modem worked perfectly, it gave me no issues with the initial setup and It would function in the same exact state it had been setup with as. Unfortunately 5 days ago the modem would show all green lights lit up and stay lit but my Wi-Fi would show no internet. Knowing this I used an ethernet cable plugged straight to my pc in order to circumvent the possibility of my router being the problem. The problem still persisted.The past few days the only way I have been able to connect to the internet was by resetting my modem and router countless times until they would miraculously work. I have contacted my ISP about the issue and have went through two hard resets of the modem in order to try to fix the issue with the help of the ISP to set the correct signal strength. In fact I have went through every possible discussion on this forum to find a solution to my problem pri
