I can no longer change the password on my Arris SBR1900AC. 

I can change the username, but not the password. See screenshot attached.  

In the “Change Password” Dialog, there is no field to “Enter New Password”

 

I’m on a Mac Pro, Early 2009, running 10.15.17, and Safari 15.6.1.

The Mac is connected to the router via ethernet.

Haven’t had any issues until recently.

SBR1900AC is not supported by Arris it has been removed from Arris support list. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
