Arris G34 wont finish initialization procedure

It will get stuck on “configuration file download” and then restarts the entire process. I noticed that the total flash memory available is only 39 MB. A total of 422 MB of 462 MB have been used. I feel like this is the reason it can’t download the config file and then restarts the process. Is there any way to delete the flash memory or am I out of luck and need a new modem?

There is no option to clear the flash memory, you can try factory resetting the modem that results in brings back any configured setting which you made to the default. After the reset you should you use the default Wi-Fi name and the password to connect the devices that is located underneath of the modem on the label.
