Purchased G36 from Amazon Nov 2023 and have nothing but issues since! Daily connection issues with Xfinity and we have gig extra!! Modem rested multiple times a day is unacceptable. Any way to get a refund or a non-defective product?

Are you facing intermittent connection issue and could you please help us with few more details about the case like whether the intermittent issue is happening only on wifi or even on the device connected to the modem directly?
