I recently setup the modem/router and I get excellent speed on all devices except one, which is a HP laptop (when it is far from router).

The speed that I am getting in the laptop (Windows PC) is excellent when it is on the same floor. But when it is in the second floor, the speed is 20-30 mbps. Interesting thing is that, the speeds are pretty good when I check from an ipad and chrombook while in the second floor.

It appears that the PC is having hard time to get the performance just when it is in the second floor. Any idea what could be causing the slowness in the PC while there are no issues in chrome book and ipad.
