- In which order did you install the G54 and the SBC app?
- Is the G54 activated and have Internet access?
- Did you use the SBC app for the G54 installation?
- Did you previously accessed the G54 Web Manager before the SBC app setup?
- What is the make and model of your mobile device?
- Are you able to get pass the downloading screen and onto the Home screen?
- What do you currently see when you access the G54 login screen at 192.168.0.1?
