Why does the system update in the software remain at 0%(G54)

Thank you for reporting the app behavior and I’m sorry to hear that the app is unable to download the system update.  We will need additional information to investigate this matter to provide an appropriate solution.  Hopefully you can answer the following questions.

• In which order did you install the G54 and the SBC app?
  • Is the G54 activated and have Internet access?
  • Did you use the SBC app for the G54 installation?
  • Did you previously accessed the G54 Web Manager before the SBC app setup?
• What is the make and model of your mobile device?
• Are you able to get pass the downloading screen and onto the Home screen?
• What do you currently see when you access the G54 login screen at 192.168.0.1?
