S33 - Modem with high pitch noise

The modem was unplugged due to loud hissing noises, it was working fine. Unplugged s33 for 15 mins to let cool down and when I went to plug it in it never booted. Orange light for 10-15 secs than flashes to white for a sec back to orange light for 10-15 secs. Never connects don't see it on Xfinity side and I'm unable to get into web portal either. This product is under warranty would like a replacement I've gone through hours of troubleshooting.
