Hi all,

We got a Surfboard 6190 modem and it’s hard for us to tell if the issues are from our ISP or modem, but our ISP thinks it’s our modem now. (There were also some repairs they needed to do on their end with the wires). But we are now still having severely reduced connection speeds. Paying for 400 mbps, getting about 20, and often it completely dies. The event log for our modem has constant inputs, attached at bottom. Anyone have any idea what’s going on and what we can do?

Thanks much,

Dust

do you also have a copy of the cable connections page?

Those look like line issues but the cable connections page helps confirm it.

re: plemans- Are these what you mean? Thanks!!

Your power levels are way out of spec and have a ton of errors. Check the line/connectors inside the home and if they’re good, then the ISP needs to check your line.

Thanks a bunch!!! I thought it was something like  that. Glad I have someone confirming that’s the case!

I have a technician scheduled for Saturday, I’ll be share to show them and let them know.

Thanks again!

Hope it works out well for you!
