Intermittent internet connection on sb8200

New modem and router. Modem upstream is blue. Modem downstream not lit up. Internet is kind of slow, pixelated/buffering at times and will kick me off of some apps. What do I need to do?

According to the LED light status on your modem that shows the modem is not receiving proper signal from your service provider so could you please help us with your modem signal level to check on this further. Restart or power cycle the modem for a minute connect any device to the modem directly without router and follow the steps mentioned on the below link to check the signal level.
