Hello,

When I ping my modem (SB8200), I get inconsistent performance with some small and large outliers. My modem is connected directly to my router, and the latency when I ping my router is consistent across thousands of pings. The modem on the other hand consistently has these spikes, regardless of payload size or frequency. I created a graph to visualize the pings (4000 pings each, sorry for the quality, used google sheets). The modem isn’t overheating and is less than 1 foot away from the router.

The firmware version is: AB01.02.053_082120_193.0A.NSH

What could be causing this deviation? Thanks.
