I migrated to the new surfborad app ( it made me) now it shows that there are no devices connected.  When i click on ADD Device,    “migration in process. Please wait a few seconds”   that has said that for the last 3 or 4 Hours.

Our garage door mobile app won’t connect to it.  

 

I am really regretting this Modem/Router.

Hello Bvczpk7980,

As you have migrated to new surfboard app which is surfboard central app try to uninstall and reinstall the app and try connecting again.

Also try in a different device .

To connect to garage door mobile app we need to select 2.4GHz network and then connect to it , if still not able to connect then change the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi channels either to 1/6or 11(Non Overlapping Channels).
