My modem goes on & off, doesn't work consistently and been a pain dealing with Cox. Now I have a Cox unit testing it and it's certainly my Arris surfboard that's the problem. I just got it last year certainly must not be faulty. Help!

I am having the same issues! Too much of a coincidence to ve our modems and Cox won’t help!! 


I’m connected to a nighthawk router and I have a red internet light though
