I am trying to set up my Gateway and it says I have no internet connection. When I sign in as an admin, the WAN address is inactive. Does someone know how I can properly set up the internet part of my gateway? Thanks!

The WAN address is showing as inactive it just indicates that your arris gateway is not receiving any public IP from the service provider.

If this a first-time installation? In this case, please contact your service provider to activate the modem.

Did you get it provisioned by your ISP? 

And ensure the coax you connected it to is active (from your isp)?
