I just bought the G34 series and needed to change my WiFi username and password. Only the username changed and every time I needed to add a device my custom password wouldn’t work except the default. It’s very frustrating, please advise.

View originalIn this case we would suggest you to perform hard reset on the modem and then try changing WIFI credentials on the modem interface by following the step mentioned on the below article to change your WIFI credentials. But after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password to connect to your network.
