why isn't my new wifi name and password updating? G36

                            In this case if your using the surfboard central app you can try logging in and try changing the WIFI credentials or on the modem interface also you can give it a try. if your unable to login to the surfboard app or the modem interface perform hard reset on the modem and try again that will fix the issue. But after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password to connect to your network. Please follow the steps mentioned on the below link to perform reset and changing WIFI credentials on the modem interface.
