SBG8300 - connected devices are not listed on SBC app.

Badge

When I open the surfboard central app it shows zero devices connected.  I know this not to be true because every thing is connected.

In this case we would suggest you to uninstall the app and restart the modem to reconnect all your devices to the modem Wi-Fi network then install the surfboard central app and login to the app using your login credentials then check for the status.
