No Internet S33 Xfinity

Hi, we just got the Modem S33 with Mesh. We did a walkthrough with Xfinity to activate our Modem. They stated on their end that, it is showing we have service. We have a solid blue light, but when try to connect our devices it say connected but with no Internet. 

Please Help!!

S33 is just a cable modem so your setup will be modem LAN to router WAN and even if the modem has 2 ethernet port at the back of the modem you can access internet only from port 1 and make sure you can able to access internet from the modem. Then try the setup again and check for internet.
