S33 - will the replacement i get?

My S33 is still under warranty, and Arris has already provided me with a shipping label to replace the device due to an issue. However, I'm concerned about whether the replacement will be new or refurbished. I'm a bit wary of receiving a refurbished device because it could potentially have modified firmware or undisclosed issues that Arris hasn't detected. It would be frustrating to receive a replacement only for it to break down after a year or so.

For every new device you will be getting new device for replacement only for refurbished unit the replacement will be again refurbished unit.

I’m trying to comprehend what you said I bought my device new so the replacement that I get via the RMA will also be new correct?
