My S33 is still under warranty, and Arris has already provided me with a shipping label to replace the device due to an issue. However, I'm concerned about whether the replacement will be new or refurbished. I'm a bit wary of receiving a refurbished device because it could potentially have modified firmware or undisclosed issues that Arris hasn't detected. It would be frustrating to receive a replacement only for it to break down after a year or so.
