S33v2 modem is not working.

Purchased modem in July of 2023.Modem would stop working about once every other month, and i would unplug for a couple of minutes, plug back in and it would work fine. Did it again on Monday and now i only get solid white light. Will not reset. Please advise.

If your modem turns off automatically you need to use different power outlet or power cable to check the connection or if the modem is ON when it reboots by itself then we need to check the cable signal level to isolate the issue to check the case further.
