SB6190 modem not working. no lights working. Bought new July 2023. It is still under warranty, please replace! thanks

You’d need to open a support case with arris. The community support forums won’t be able to get you an rma. only official support

As you mentioned, no led lights on the modem, I suggest you to check with different power cord and different outlet.

Also perform factory reset the modem to check any changes on the modem’s behavior.
