What do I do when my wi-fi stops and there's no lights at all on it?

well you posted in the forum for the sb6190 which is a modem only device.

so it has no wifi.

What’s supplying the wifi?

That’d be the key

yep, that’s your internet speed.

But what router is the SB6190 connected to?
Or what actual modem/gateway do you have?

Calix maybe

Do you see how hard it is to help you with minimal info?

Its like taking your car to a mechanic for a no start issue and them asking what model you have and saying “it might be a ford”? Tough for them to do anything off that.

Details are key to helping.

I just don't really mess with this stuff so I'm trying to give the best I can because the only 3 names I see on the 2 devices is Arris on one and gigablast spire and calix on the other

both of them will have a label on there somewhere with a model. Look for that.

If you didn’t purchase them, they might be rented from your ISP and potentially contacting them might get it resolved as well.

Would the model be under the HFC MAC ID

please don’t post your mac id. it should say model.

I’m guessing based on your responses, that this wasn’t something you purchased but something rented, and setup for you. I’d check with the ISP. It might be easier/faster for you

The model for the gigaspire blast is u6.1 GS4220E

The model on the other device just says SB6190

The calix is what’s providing the wifi.

I’d check with them (calix) or your ISP as usually those are sold directly to the ISP

the arris sb6190 is a modem only device. It has ZERO wifi capability.

Its providing internet to the Calix router

Okay but the Arris one is the one not turning on at all

All its lights are off?

Did you check with the ISP to see if there’s a service disconnect or if they can see it on their network?

Yes all the lights are off.

Would the ISP be like pioneer?

I know it sounds irrelevant , but if all the lights are off, did you check the power supply?

Make sure its plugged in and to a known good outlet?

Usually if its failed, the led’s still light up

ISP is Internet Service Provider, so Pioneer makes sense. Pioneer should have help pages that show the basics of standard setup on their network and the steps to take with them.

This might be a good starting spot: https://gopioneer.com/support
