SBG6900 Modem, can't connect to network with either password or Security Key

I’ve had an SBG6900 cable modem for a few years. Just bought an 8200 and it didn’t work. When trying to connect my old modem back (SBG6900), neither my old password nor the ID key work to get in (it says, need additional information to authenticate). I can’t connect to the application manager because I am not on the network, and my laptop does not have an Ethernet port to connect directly. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to access the Arris portal without being connected to the wireless network?

If you want to access SB8200 modem interface and if the modem is connected to power you can access it using direct connection since this is just a cable modem the router will not allow modem IP to access and To access SBG6900 interface you need to connect modem WIFI network or to the modem directly only then you can access modem interface.
