Hello, I can’t seem to connect to 2.4 but connects to 5g network.

what happens when you try to connect to the 2.4gh? 

Are you using bandsteering on the sbg8300?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 1.4gig/240mbps
