First time activation Xfinity no internet access

SBG8300 first time activated with provider, no internet access. Sevice rep came to house checked all and says his part is all good. Still no internet. Why?

Got a screensnip of the cable connections page and event logs? 

Those help. 

You can also check with arris if its brand new
