Just got a new Macbook Air and can’t connect to wifi. Apple support said that wifi password needs to be changed. My Apple devices now say, the previous used password.is wrong.

In this case if you are using default WIFI credentials you need to customize the WIFI name and password on the interface and also change the security mode on the settings then try connecting your device to the network.
