Looking for control solutions. installed a AVoIP system, that does have CEC command controls!Issue is that all receivers are in one location, remote control becomes the issue causing all channels to be operated as one! Requirement to switch off units 5/6 to change a single channel is inconvenient and counter productive.Is there a web based GUI to allow Guide/channel selection with network connected receivers, or a pc based app that can be utalized.Arris website brought me here 

Wi-Fi connection problem with Google home devices

I have an S34 modem. Light is solid blue but it is saying I have no internet connection and my WiFi address doesn’t even show up anymore. I have unplugged, reset, etc. but nothing changes yet light is still solid blue 

I purchased the ARRIS (G36) - Cable Modem Router Combo last May when I changed my internet plan with Comcast/Xfinity. It was working well until a few weeks ago, when I started experiencing issues while using Microsoft Teams; the video and audio would frequently freeze or fade in and out and surfing the web/downloading files crawled. My room is next to the room where the modem is located, so I didn't think distance would be a problem. When I conducted a speed test on speedtest.net, I found that my download speed was around 20 Mbps, and my upload speed was less than 5 Mbps. Given that I live in a relatively small two-story house, I found it surprising. I called Xfinity support, and they mentioned that the modem might be blocking the signal. Has anyone else experienced similar issues?

Greeting Surfboard community.I’m incredibly concerned. I’m trying to port forward some internal services on my Arris G36. I’ve recently factory reset it to re-do my home network. However when going to the Port Forwarding section there’s already some services pre-populated with a random IP that I have NO idea what it is! I cannot edit them, remove them, or deactivate them, they always come back. The IP points to some random Korea thing and I’m very concerned. Thanks for help in advance:

Hi everyone,I am planning to buy an Arris Surfboard Thruster W6B from Amazon.com (US) and import it to my country.Before I complete the purchase, I would like to confirm the specifications of the power supply. My country uses a 220V standard. Could someone please tell me if the power adapter included in the US retail box is dual-voltage (100-240V, 50/60Hz), or if it strictly supports 110V/120V?Thanks in advance for the help!

How can I block specific websites?

My SB6190 stopped powering up after 7 mo. of use. I purchased it brand new in the original packaging on Amazon with a 2‑yr warranty. However, I cannot register it for a warranty claim because the warranty reportedly expired - attention! - 4 yrs before my purchase. Amazon insists that all sellers are verified and that misrepresentation is not possible. How can this be?

I need help resetting the IP address on my Arris DG2460. I left it unplugged for 20 minutes and it didn’t work. It has a dynamic IP.

Hi want to know why my downlord speed is at a 1 and why my net type is at a 2 when it need to be a one is there something wrong with my modem 

I have Optimum ISP with 1G speed. Optimum says there’s no issue on their end. Have had to reboot modem three times this week. Today service has dropped twice and the modem won’t reconnect, keeps flashing green light. Suggestions?Thanks. 

What is the Status of the surfboard S34.  When will it again become available?

Hi All - I’m hoping to get some help.Last saturday my Comcast / Xfinity connection died. I was using a gen 1 SB8200. The error code of the flashing lights suggested that the modem was borked, so no biggie, I just ordered a replacement one (to show up next day, and an S33 arriving a couple of days later).The new SB8200 arrives, and when i plugged it in, i got the power light, then all four lights would blink green, then nothing. No connectivity. My router (Archer AX50) reported that there was no WAN connection present. Worked with Comcast to get this new router on my account but still nada. They sent out a tech who replaced cable from the pole to my house - still nothing. The S33 arrived and had the same problem. The tech sent someone to look at the TAP on the pole - there was some water damage but its fixed. Everyone else connected to that TAP is working. The tech came back the next day - replaced another section of cable, but I still wasn’t connected. They plugged in a Comcast modem a

Hi, i have been using the gateway around 3 years. So far it was good. But more than a month i’ve been having trouble with my internet. Specially my upload speed is too low around 450kn. My ISP is Breezeline, I contacted them for the issue but the told me everything should be working, and also they blame my gateway for it and told me to get a new modem. How can i know whether the problem is the gateway or ISP? Both lights are green 

As the title states, weak wifi security. Arris support, when will the new firmware be out to support WAP2/AES?Can’t use the product in its current state.

My internet goes out randomly and multiple times a day. The internet company checked and everything is fine on their end. I’ve factory reset the surfboard g34 and the internet works but still crashes and the app is telling me it cannot connect to the gateway after it told me it successfully did.  

New S34. Connected Mac to Xfinity. Had internet service for maybe five minutes. Then no service. All LEDs off on modem. Cycled power. Modem connects for a few minutes and then stops and LEDs go off. 

Hi Guys,Apart from the Inability to sync web Interface and the app Central, After switching password Through the web interface The app stops working and if you delete Device and try to set it up again. It changes back the password to the same password every time. Not a random password like the app says it will.  -  There’s no place to change password in app central.  - Aura Link says to show appreciation to our customers here is a free trial. Doesn’t work. 404 erro - Link to go register the device and to check if device registered correctly is nonexistent. Page no longer exists! - I see spelling errors… - need tech help link: 404 error.  - while setting up SURFBoard Central after selecting G 36 for a router, the app that it shows to download is SURFboard® manager. But that doesn’t work too! I’m guessing somebody might have switched packages to a pirate version of your router. Can someone check on your end?  Because I don’t believe the actual product is worth the $$$ if this is the real

Storm last night and now I can't connect to the internet.  XFINITY says everything is good on their end, how can I troublshoot my modem?  The app is absolutely no help at all....
