the SVG2483AC unit is not working. lights flashing but no internet. I have an extended warranty I checked my warranty status and wouldn’t you know it. it doesn't recognize my serial number. only had the unit a 3 months. so basically not a happy shopper here. need some company help on a replacement unit.
So this router was purchased only a year ago, now its consistent problems. All of a sudden within the past week it kicks off every device on the network, then restarts, then kicks everything off every 15-30 minutes. Theres only about 7 devices. The device will not show me any logs regarding why it's doing this. I restarted the router wiping previous settings and set it up again. This corrected the problems for about 1 day. It started happening again, I reset it again, this time it hasnt corrected the issue. What's upsetting is I see arris doesnt support this router/modem. Personally I think if you arent going to support something or plan to discontinue support for a device within a year it shouldnt be sold.
Greetings! Our HVAC Smart Thermostat requires a “2.4 & 5 GHz, EERO, 2-address” router. Service Electric recommends “Docsis 3.1.” The HVAC tech says it must provide the two frequencies on separate addresses. I’m not able to sort through all the models to find the right one. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Hi!We just got a new wifi network set up, and I’m trying to change the name and password. However, when I go to the site to do so, the login info to access my account details (UN: admin, PW: password) is not working. I also tried entering UN: admin, PW: admin, as I saw that listed for other router models, but that also didn’t work. I’m now locked out of attempting to log in again for an indeterminate amount of time.Does anyone know why the password isn’t working? Is there something I’m doing wrong or some other standard password I should try? I’m spelling it correctly and am not using any capitalization.Any help is appreciated :-)
Hello All,Right now in my home I use Optimum cable service.I also have 3 phone lines and at one time Optimum gave me a Arris's modem ( i believe it was TM804) so I had one modem for all 3 different numbers.I was wondering if Arris makes an up-to-date cable modem with the newest technology that would work with my service and supports a least 3 phone ports as well.Any help would be appreciated.Ken
