Registered new G34 modem/router via Sufboard central. Worked fine. once I change SSID names, default passwords and make other customized network settings, the app no longer sees my device. I deleted the device and attempted to add it again. Went through fine and connected to new SSID. Then on the final step, a vague Error Code 0000-1612. only way to proceed is to factory reset the device which I won’t do again.
I need to set up a new SURFboard app with a different email.

Editing client device names is not supported on the SURFboard Central App but it’s available on Fing Desktop. Hello, I recently installed my SURFboard device using the SURFboard Central mobile app and it's working great. I am interested in leveraging the data from my SURFboard device for real-time analytics and monitoring using Splunk.Does anyone have experience or tips on how to integrate the SURFboard device data with Splunk? I have referred to the link for splunk site is Getting Started with Monitoring Your Network I am looking for ways to export the device logs or data streams to Splunk. Set up Splunk dashboards for monitoring network performance and device health. Automate alerts in Splunk based on certain thresholds or anomalies detected in the SURFboard data. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!😊

I don’t see the network on my windows 10 computer in the other room maybe 15 meters of the router. It’s an stationary computer so it can’t be moved. The Wi-Fi is working perfectly on other devices so I don’t really know what the problem is. The router is connected via cable from the network provider (when I plug out the router from the cable it doesn’t work) so I can’t move the router
hi, I have a Sofabaton U2 remote control, and now I have a new tv/internet provider(Ziggo, here in the Netherlands), which provided me the Arris VIP5002W-ZG. (they call it the Ziggo Next Mini)Seems this one is a fully bluetooth controlled device?My tv has an option to pair a bluetooth device, so I managed to do that with my Sofabaton remote control. That works.The VIP5002W-ZG unfortunately has no option to pair a bluetooth device. (It did automatically find my Sony receiver and my Xiaomi TV for volume control for example) And my Sofabaton remote control has no option to learn bluetooth signals.So what I am looking for, is the(or better all) bluetooth codes for this specific Arris VIP5002W-ZG.Sofabaton do have an Arris VIP5002W in their database, but it's not working for me to control my VIP5002W-ZG.(it's even in their infrared database…...)I read a lot of people with Samsung one remotes, Logitech or other universal programmable remotes have this same issue with the Ziggo Next Mini.So,

Using the mobile app it will not take my network name change or password. This is on either 5 or 2.4 GHz
Is it possible to update your email in the SURFboard Central app? Or do you have to create a new account? Changed my email address after a relationship went sour and trying to get everything up-to-date for everything that has my old email address. Any help would be appreciated.
I setup my modem using the app, and it worked fine. The problem is I need to change the bridge mode on the modem, and when I logged in on my computer to the modem, it asks for my e-mail and password. It says to use the e-mail and password that I use to login to the app.The problem is that the app only asks for e-mail address. For some reasons, there is no password field. I even logged out on the app, and then re-logged back in without supplying any password.The question is: How do I retrieve my password (if any) that is needed to login to the app? Thank you
