factory reset ax7800 now stuck with error 0000-1401
I did a dumb and factory reset the mesh max plus router before removing it from surfboard central, now when trying to do the onboarding in the app the router fails every time it gets to the firmware download part. Giving me the above error code and telling me to reboot the router to download the file and if the problem persists, to call customer support. I have tried everything from deleting the app and clearing the cache and data to seeing up a new email in the app. I have also performed another factory reset, compels disconnected everything including the modem from each other and the power and booted up one at a time, following the install instructions for a new router. I am doing this at 1am pdt so can't contact support yet due to their hours. Will attempt when i wake up. This is very frustrating though as i had to perform the first reset because the internet slowed to a crawl and was fine from the modem and a power cycle did not fix the issue

Hey SURFboard Community, The speed test service on the SURFboard Central app is not supported at this time, but we are working to resolve this and offer the service again as soon as possible. In the meantime, you get your ISP speed test site from the list below. Alternatively, you can also download the fing mobile app or desktop app to run speed tests, visit fing.com to learn more about these apps. w30 router appears offline in app but is working online
Does anyone know why, in the app, the W30/ax7800 router and satellite both show as “offline” in the app but are online and working with devices connected to them? The app is also showing that its connected in limited remote management mode but the device connecting to the app is on the wifi only with cellular turned off, does anyone know why and how to solve? Modem is Spectrum internet docsis 3.1; Hitron Technologies EN 2251. Thanks(ps I posted this previously and mistakenly indicated it was solved but it is not solved yet)
app won’t send confirmation code
Very frustrating trying to get the modem to work with XFinity. I am about ready to ship this piece of junk back. Spent hours troubleshooting it and still sketchy set up. Right now, trying to use the app and get to the point where it says ‘enter confirmation code’ but the app isn’t sending one. It baffles me why the instructions are not better and being many people use XFinity, should be a no brained. Take my money and produce bad products…
New App Problem
Ok, first of all, this is an app problem. I have an Arris SURFboard SBG7600AC2. (just for reference) Everything works fine except for the app. I get everything setup on the app and i get this...So what is wrong here? I cant get anywhere with this. All i need is to be able to manage the modem through the app. This is far as i get. Please help.
cant see connected devices remotely on surfboard app (7400 cable modem)
On Surdboard apps, I can’t see the connected devices remotely ( connected to a friends wifi or on cell connection.it only shows the list at home when connected to my own wifi. I ha à iPhone 12am I missing a configuration ??my friend has the same cable/router and it works on his android phone !
Surfboard Central - Internet connection not available Error 0002-1002 - Solution
Just got a new modem and this app, it failed to work with: Error code is 0002-1002 when hooked to my LAN but when I disabled WiFi on my phone it loaded properly.Much digging in my LAN security settings and logs discovered a hard coded DNS requirement for the Google DNS server 220.127.116.11 that was causing the error.Temporarily opening my security system to allow that connection allowed the app to function, Re-enabling the LAN security results in the original failure and error code.
I have an Arris modem/router DG3270a that I’m trying to set parental controls on. I’ve logged in and added all the keyword filters and website filters. I’ve checked the box that enables Parental controls, and clicked apply. The parental controls are still not working. What do I need to do next?
Removed Parental Profile still active
I originally created a profile to block WIFI to our TVs at a certain time. I no longer need the rule and deleted it, but the system is still behaving as if the profile is still there. The system has been reset multiple times, but it’s still behaving the same way. Any ideas?
Cannot Log Into Surfboard App
I know my e-mail and password for logging into the router by going into 192.168.1.0 on my browser and that works great. I can do everything I want to do. When I go to use the same login/password on the Surfboard App for my iPhone, it tells me e-mail or password is incorrect? I cannot use the APP at all now. I need way to reset my password on the APP.
Surfboard Central App and SBG10 Combo Modem/Router
My ISP svc rep helped me overcome an installation error on my part (ID-10-T) after I failed to provide the proper ID to my ISP. (Rep was also updating/troubleshooting my overall connection & cabling). The SBG10 now works perfectly. Question: What purpose is the Surfboard Central app now?--When I try to use it, it wants to start the installation of the unit again, which I certainly don’t want to do. App only seems to give me option for initial installation or to choose an option if I’ve already installed used the “legacy app.”
SURFboard Central mobile app setup
I have a G36, so I downloaded the SURFboard Central app for it, but I'm at an impasse with step 3 of the setup, "select your internet service provider", as my ISP (TDS Telecom) is not an available option to select, nor am I able to add TDS to the list of ISPs for selection. So, I can go no farther. How can I fix or work around this problem?

surfboard Central app never connects
My network is running fine, But surfboard Central app never connects… it either verifies the verification code, and then hangs (looping dots), or, if I exit the app and go back in, it wants to continue on-boarding my device (even though they are running fine) and never connects to them when it is showing the bluetooth symbol on the graphic (same circling dots). have tried two different devices (which both used to work fine, and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Both devices are android (phone & tablet) all have latest OS installed, and the app heas been reinstalled using the version in the google play store today.the Arris devices on the mesh are the surfbaord mAx 7800 (W30)…** Update**Ohh after I posted this it finally finished (so I had time to wait, register for an account here, type out all of this etc… over 5 mins) and says bluetooth connection failed (even though it is on on my phone, and my phone is connected to the router) and gave me an error 0014-1202 I also tr
