No internet from Touchstone TG2472

As of 6:30 am my internet connection has been shut off after a power outage. Which occured multiple times before and the service stayed on but stopped at 6:30 am. Its in Georgia where the flooding is happening. When should I expect my connection to return?

Level Up My Lag! Finding the Best Internet Plans for Gaming

I am disappointed with my current internet service. My online battles are literally a frustrating mess! Every time I have the upper hand, Boom! Lag strikes and I am staring at a frozen screen and a “connection lost” while my enemy sniper team is lining up for a headshot. I am fed up with this lazy internet connection and look for the suggestion on best internet speed plan for the gaming devices and that can keep up with my gaming skills. So, I ask you my fellow gamers, what internet service provider offers the best service and delivers the smoothest online gaming experience? unknown devices connected to my internet

So I have only six devices that should be connected to my internet at this moment in time there are seven so there is someone using my internet that I don't know and there's no option to get rid of them I changed the password but that didn't help can anyone help me?

Hello,I need my order either cancelled or have an address changed, e-mails did not go through and I cannot find a way to contact support as it has all be scrubbed from their sites.Order # 58999. It’s kinda funny, I have spent over an hour trying to find a way to contact support for their sales side. Safe to say any contact information has been scrubbed from their site. Live chat does not work, no phone #’s listed, so I came here.

No username and password sticker for ARRIS TG2492S

Hi,It has been 2 days I am having very hard time to login to router page after I reset the router. I did a ton of research on internet and tried many different options but none of them worked. I am connected through a LAN right now and I not able to connect through WIFI. There is sticker about username and password. It would be a great help if I can get this working. Thank you.

Arris Surfboard Central

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but here goes.When I log into surfboard central and under “My Devices”, they are all listed, but I cannot tell what all of them are. I can see my computer and my cell phones, but all the others I cannot identify. How do I tell what the devices are so that I can name them so that I will recognize which device I am working with?

Arris (Motorola) DCX 3200-P2 Set-Top Box question

Not sure if this is the place, or if there’s any place, to ask about a Arris manufactured set-top box for Motorola that’s now discontinued by Arris, but being distributed as the latest by Spectrum, at least in Montana. My question is, Can the color of the Front Panel display text (channel number) be changed from its relatively bright white to something else? Thanks,

As a Bell Fibe user I have the vip7802 box.This box applies Dolby Vision to all channels and programs no matter what with no way to turn it off.I know enough to know that DV must be encoded into the program or blu ray for it to work effectively.By always having it on it actually detracts visually from many shows and by denying me the ability to turn it on or off I am unable to access my TVs many picture presets or to adjust the picture settings to my own personal tastes. It’s my tv after all, I should have control of it.I have read of others with this complaint and I see no reason why a software update could not solve this issue.I have reached out to Bell and to Dolby Labs.
