wifi router (dg9450) flashing purple

Hello! My DG9450 wifi router has unexpectedly started flashing purple and nothing I do can stop it or change it. My apartment complex and ARRIS online support won’t be available to help until Monday so I’m asking here to see if anyone has any advice on what to do. Other units near mine have wifi as well so I am just very confused!

The DG9450 is a device supplied directly to ISP’s. You’d have to contact the ISP

The DG9450 is a device supplied directly to ISP’s. You’d have to contact the ISP

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
