App to set up the DG3450

I have a DG3450 and I’ve downloaded all 3 apps and none of them work with this device. Does anyone know which app to use to manage this device?

 DG3450 is not supported by Arris.  Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
