Ziply Fiber just provided me with an Arris NVG578HLX GPON gateway device for my new Fiber service. This service is a major upgrade from the DSL service I was getting before. At present, everything is working perfectly.
What I can use help with is where can I get technical support for this product or find where I can get a more intensive user guide that the simple two page one that I can find online.
FWIW, I have already been directed to the CommScope site, but this seems to be for contract-related services and still couldn’t find anything related to this gateway there … nor would I be interested in signing up for a support contract.
Finally, is this community the right place to ask questions or get information about this gateway, or can someone provide me with some links on where I can find an equivalent community to go to?
