What is the most recent software update for the Arris TG1682? I’m using it as a DOCSIS 3.0 modem for my Cox internet.

Only your ISP would know. Each ISP has different approved firmwares.

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. Please contact your ISP for further assistance.
