Arris app can't find my network from my phone settings, even tho I disconnect modem for 10 secs, then clicked on Retry

Can you use it through the browser?

Try the 192.168.0.1

Not sure if the app supports that device but I couldn’t find a list of supported models for the app.

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
