arris tg2472 how to fix no internet? with eero router

I’m tired because I have to do my homework for college and I need wifi and internet to do these I would appreciate any help.

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. 
Please contact your ISP for further assistance.
