My internet provide changed my modem from Arris SBG7580-AC to Arris TG3442s modem now have a NAS drive which I used to connect to it via VPN and cannot connect. Tried port forwarding, DMZ, mac brigding but still cannot connect to it.

Since you have changed SBG7580-AC to TG3442s VPN needs to be configured on the new modem, make sure the VPN setup on the device is configured with your Local IT team or if your using office VPN you can confirm with your office IT team so that the issue can be isolated since you have already done trying with other advanced settings on the modem like, port forwarding, DMZ, mac bridging. If still any issue on connecting NAS drive you can check on arris.com/consumersupport
