I lost my username to be able to log into my router so I can change the network password. I see that my modem isn’t supported any longer. I know it has been changed from the default, and I’m on my last attempt before I get locked out. Help!

Sounds like you forgot your login password.  I suggest factory resetting the TG862G as the last resort so that you can login with the default password to change your network password.

Resolved, thank you. No help from Arris at all because the modem is “no longer supported.”
