Hi, 

I have a reciever from Mtel (CommScope Arris VIP7300) that uses tech4home Notus M1 remote. It has some app Branded from Arris and provided by CommScope to configure the remote to integrate with the TV but the app errors out with code 5003 or 5002 and i cannot program the remote and the support line is unable to help me sort this issue out?

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. 
Please contact your ISP for further assistance.
