I’m struggling to connect a new camera to my home system. The camera manufacturer’s support team thinks that it could be due to Bonjour / mDNS being blocked. Can anyone confirm whether this could be the case? If so, how can I unblock it?

It’s an Eve Cam. When I try to connect it to my Apple HomeKit, it says the camera cannot be found.
