Hello, I am trying to connect to zscaler for work and am currently not able to. My ISP says they do not block any ports so the only other thing that may be blocking the connection is the modem. Is there a way to find out if the modem is blocking the connection?

DG3450A is not supported by Arris. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
