    We offer assistance in English for retail SURFboard products.  The Touchstone TG1652A is manufactured specifically for service providers to distribute directly to their subscribers.  I recommend that you contact your service provider for further assistance.

    You can find a manual here and then have it translated through google chromes language feature. I’ve used it a couple times (and for your post too). That’ll tell you how to do what you’d like.
