modem TG1682G unable to login the GUI web portal

I have been trying to reset the admin login and password with no success. I have held the reset button on the back for up to 1 minute

TG1682G is not supported by Arris. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
