Paramount 6015 error Firestick AdBlocker

Hi when i try to use Paramount Plus it flags up the 6015 error, try turning off the AdBlocker on your router. I have a NVG578LX through YouFibre in the UK.

Can you advise how i turn off the AdBlocker on my router ?

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. Please contact your ISP for further assistance.
