TM3402A has been disconnected and we no longer provide support for it. But to provide you basic details about this case, TM3402A is a just voice cable modem without WIFI so to access WIFI or to check for the WIFI credentials you need to use separate router with this modem and you can see the WIFI credentials on the router label.
