Hello,

I bought the Arris tm3402B modem, but to get into advanced mode you need a password of the day. Is there a program or website or something similar.

TM3402B is not supported by Arris. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. Please check with your ISP for more details.

The TM3402b is a modem with phone. There isn’t really any “advanced” features to speak of because its not a router. What do you think accessing it will change?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
