Router has 2 radio (WiFi 6):

  1. 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Radio: 802.11 b/g/n/ax
  2. 5 GHz Wi-Fi Radio 802.11 a/n/ac/ax

Client devices (my laptop) with network card “Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260” cannot see the SSID and as a result unable to connect to the Wi-Fi

What I did:

  1. Wi-Fi Client Software Update
  2. Changing security mode from WPA2/WPA3 Mixed security mode to WPA2-PSK (AES) on router
  3. Restart router

But it didn’t help

TG6441B is not supported by Arris. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
