One of my TV's suddenly won't connect to network..I noticed all the IP address's were at zero..I filled them all in except the 'gateway' section.. where's do I find that. And would that prevent my tv from connecting?

We apologize but the SBR-AC1200P has been discontinued and we no longer support for it. You can still obtain the User Guide and access our Frequently Asked Questions for this product at www.arris.com/consumersupport.
If you are trying to enter IP address manually on the TV which is connected to the router, first make sure that your modem is providing internet to the router by testing the modem using direct connection and then connect router to the modem after power cycling modem for a minute.
