TG3442DE Arris problem only power on

Hi 

I have problem with my modem Arris TG3442DE

Only power is on i make all troubleshoots but i cant do reset 

please help

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. 

Please contact your ISP for the same

Why can’t you reset? 

 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps

TG3442DE is discontinued from Arris and there is no longer support for it.

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. Please contact your ISP for the same.
